Consultation for our flooring went very well. Ian arrived on time and he also brought samples to make sure what we had initially selected in-store, was the right choice for both colour and quality. He was able to answer any queries we had relating to the actual job and the process involved and we value his advice and expert opinion. We were also shown digital pictures of how our kitchen/hallway would look when completed. Ian was professional, polite and friendly and we would recommend Tapi Carpets & Floor; their Customer Service is excellent.

Just went into Tapi in High Street Sutton to see about a carpet I like, and the team in there was really helpful with answering all my queries. Roshan walked me through the best options for my needs, was so kind, and patient and even offered me coffee while chatting. I am happy with my choice and now await fitting. This was our first visit to Tapi. Firstly the sales person was very helpful and not at all pushy. He was very helpful and explained our various options. We placed our order and received regular updates on this. We arranged a delivery/installation date for our flooring and recieve a text message the morning of the fitting to let us know when the fitters would arrive. The 2 fitters done a fantastic job. Great company to deal with from order to fitting. We will be back in touch soon to get some more rooms floored.

I was very impressed with the service I received. As an older lady I was a bit unsure about sizes etc. The salesman sorted out all the things I needed, carpet,underlay, gripper and organised carpet fitter to come and lay carpet and dispose old one,so I didn't have any inconvenience.

I ordered my carpet through Tapi in Abingdon. I did request quotes from a few companies, but Tapi were by far the best.
